There's a new turf around here

Chad has been going back and forth about putting sod in our backyard. He eventually decides to just go for it and our new backyard is brought in over the weekend. Chad had originally planned to install the sod himself, but when he found out how involved the process was, he handed the job over to some professionals. The whole thing took two days. I only have pictures from the second day though.

 There are several machines involved in the process. This bed edger is just one of them.

 Several pallets of sod are needed to cover our backyard.

Out with the old, in with the new.

 The payment for the sod won't be the only high bill around here. Our sprinklers must be on several times a day in order for the new grass to become established.

Now we're just waiting for the okay to play on it. Stay tuned.
